I was looking to upgrade my car and I went to Steve at Hamer Toyota and he was amazing. The process of reserving the car prior to its arrival to the dealership was easy. Once at the dealership Steve helped me decide between a lease and buying and explained all the pros and cons of both. Buying a car can be stressful but Steve made the process easy and enjoyable. I was interested in purchasing a vechile. Contacted the dealership and got a text from a salesman. We exchanged some questions, and then he disappeared. A few days later, another salesman reached out. He seemed eager to help but after a few exchanges, he also disappeared. In my years of buying cars, this was a first and definitely not a way to treat a potential buyer.

Jason was eager, friendly, patient and knowledgeable. He immediately offered a substantial test drive. This was different from another nearby dealership who's sales guy who was most eager to get our encounter done with. Separately the sales process was at times confusing and seemed not fully coordinated. But it did get done.

The worst experience in life. The official Toyota dealer Hummer Toyota sells used Nissans bought on Craigslist. Clients are lured into the showroom by posting ads for non-existent Toyota cars at reduced prices. During negotiations by email, they confirm availability and acceptance. Upon arrival at the showroom, they drive you around the parking lot for a long time to finally say that the desired car has just been sold. Two weeks later, the "sold car" is still on the site and lures new clients.
