I had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Steve at Hamer Toyota, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. If you are looking for a salesperson who is honest, transparent, patient, responsive, and genuinely easy to work with, ask for Steve. From the beginning, Steve made the entire car-buying process comfortable and straightforward. There were no games, no pressure, and no surprises. He was upfront with me about pricing, gave me a great price without making me go through an exhausting back-and-forth negotiation, and never tried to mark up the vehicle or make the process more complicated than it needed to be. I always felt like I knew exactly where things stood. I purchased a 2026 Toyota RAV4 Limited that was still in transit when I committed to it, so there was a waiting period before my vehicle arrived. Steve was fantastic throughout that process. He communicated with me regularly, patiently answered my questions, checked on the status of my RAV4 when I asked, and kept me updated while I waited. The morning it arrived, he went out to find it, sent me pictures, and made sure it was being prepared for me. That level of communication and follow-through meant a lot to me. What stood out most was that Steve never made me feel like I was just another sale. He was personable and kind while still being professional, and I felt that he genuinely wanted me to have a good experience and be happy with my purchase. Even when I went into finance, Steve told the finance manager to take good care of me, and the entire process ended up being easy and smooth. I absolutely love my new RAV4, and Steve played a huge part in making this such a positive experience. Buying a new car is a major purchase, and having someone you trust on the other side of the transaction makes an enormous difference. Steve earned that trust with his honesty, transparency, communication, patience, and follow-through. If I were buying another Toyota tomorrow, I would go straight back to Steve. I would also feel completely comfortable sending a friend or family member to him, which is probably the highest recommendation I can give. If you're shopping at Hamer Toyota, do yourself a favor and ask for Steve. He is exactly the kind of person you want helping you buy a car.

Fantastic staff and service process. Doughnuts and coffee in the kitchenette, and plenty of vending machines. Lots of comfy, non-reclining Lazy Boys to lounge in.
